My aim is to spread the joy that is Pilates to fun loving clients around the world via group or private sessions.
My classes are a safe place where you’re encouraged to embrace the wobble, check in with your own body and, most importantly, have fun!
My focus is on making movement enjoyable, so you look forward to class with anticipation
My classes might not be your “cup of tea” so the first group class is always free.
