Level 4 Pilates – Intermediate Mat

My description of the course.

The original Pilates matwork is a series of 34 exercises that are to be completed in a set order. A lot of these exercises are out of the reach of most people until they have been practicing Pilates for a while. Some of the exercises are out of reach for people due to limitations of how their bodies move. Lynne Robinson the (co?)founder of BCP saw this an devised a way to break down the exercises into a framework for people to follow that would get them to be able to do the original exercise with practice. The initial course I went on covered the beginners exercises plus how to teach people Pilates. This course takes the next step towards teaching the classical matwork series.
