Level 4 Pilates – Adaptations

My description of the course.

Following on from the L4 movement course. Once “perfect” movement pattens have been identified you then need to match what the body in front of you is doing and be able to adapt the exercises to fit them. The reasons for needing to adapt could be to increase the strength training potential of an exercise to help a client achieve a specific aim () or to regress an exercise due to needing to rehab from an injury ( example).
