How to be a Squiggly Octopus, with 8 minutes of Pilates

Thank you for signing up to this training on How to be a Squiggly Octopus with 8 minutes of Pilates!

The title of the session is inspired by my business coach Emma Cossey of The Freelance LifeStyle who attends my Thursday 10am online class using the Foam Roller. She says that regardless of how tight her shoulders are feeling before the class by the end she feels like a Squiggly Octopus.

This is a short 10 minutes session (2 minutes intro & 8 minutes of exercises) that can be done anytime, you just need a foam roller or a bunch of bedding/towels that can be substituted for it.
