Joseph Pilates called his work Controlology. To be in control of our body, making it move the parts you want and not move the other bits is one of the key Pilates principles.
As we’ve been finding out in class recently its often the not moving parts that take the most concentration and control.
This week we are going to slow everything down and go for a small number of reps (8 – as long as someone counts!) each one will be with all the control you can muster!
