Over the past weeks I’ve been trying to organise the classes to that they have some progression in them. With you developing more strength and flexibility. I hope you’ve been enjoying it.

Second visit to the flow principle this week – I’d say that this is actually my favourite one but the hardest to teach over zoom for me. I want to join in so much I forget to count – but hey I do that anyway.

Flowing movement is how we live our lives, it’s very rare to live a stilted life – think about when you walk one step follows another. That’s what I want you to concentrate on this week trying not to stop as we move through the repetitions of exercises.

So it’s another back to basics week, you’ll need your weights cos you’re all stronger than the last time we did back to basics!
